This passive solar Villa has a large kitchenette with all modern appliances and is completely serviced by rain water and solar power while the spacious bathroom has its own private tropical garden outlook.

Boasting a reverse cycle, split heating and cooling system that will make your stay comfortable no matter what the weather conditions. For those who enjoy their sleep or just prefer to cosy down in the evening, the villa has two luxurious King sized beds and floor to ceiling blockout curtains.

The courtyard has a large entertaining area with webber BBQ facilities & soft grass to relax on surrounded by the tropical garden. Further amenities include free to air TV, Smart TV and Bose sound system.

With direct 4WD access to Margaret River's famous Kilcarnup Beach and Joey's Nose and the Margaret River a short walk away, guests have the choice of both ocean and river.

Pets are welcome (10% surcharge). Banksia Villa has a large private enclosed North facing courtyard that offers both shade & sun. It is situated on a 2.5 hectare property, so there is plenty of room for your pet to explore and enjoy.
